About Candidate
Emma Martin has been working hard on helping others meet their assignment requirements for CIPD, particularly in human resources (HRM/HRD) and professional development. She particularly likes supporting students by explaining complicated concepts clearly, and she has many years of experience doing so at Level 3, 5 and 7 for CIPD. In addition to helping a student understand what is required of them, she also focuses on helping them develop their research, critical reasoning/reasoning critically, and academic writing skills. Ultimately, she is trying to create a more manageable way for students to learn, which should allow them to feel more confident in their ability to meet their educational requirements.
